I was still betting Blackboy, Freddy’s size and ever-present aggression is still there – but how long can it last with his brains leaking out? Now theres a dangerous new variant added to the equation…
These two players were initially at each others gills on a daily basis. Now, however, they seem bored with fishtank – lockdown and seem to have lost interest in the fight!

Small and fast – yet surprisingly easy to catch, ‘Delta V’ is known for its ability to asphyxiate those who inhale without adequate protection. Older, bigger fish are surprisingly vulnerable – don’t be fooled by the mismatch in size!
Pre-existing medical conditions – such as Freddy’s brain-sized head crater, or Black Boys spinal injury – are known to increase Deltas propensity to prevail…

Freddy is older – clearly a disadvantage, but distinctively larger, and his species are renowned as fighters to the end. Freddy’s mouth and teeth are sizeable – but to date, he just nibbles, and hasn’t seemed to really get a decent chomp of Blackboy sucker. Blackboy is usually timid and tries to keep to himself at the back of the tank. He never starts the stoush – but boy he sure defends with gusto when Freddy persistently attacks.
Freddy now has a SERIOUS crater in his head. What little brain he has in there risks escape into the green murky waters of the fight-club pond… Blackboys tail remains trimmed by just over a centimeter now. Not sure if fish have life-supporting arteries in those parts? If so he may be in more trouble than the shady odds indicate…
DELTA V’s release into the community adds a whole new dimension to the fight! It may be tiny, – but without protection – it’s easy to catch and known to be a killer!
Will Freddy bite off more than he can chew? Will the devious Delta V seek and destroy the bashful Blackboy by insidious asphyxiation?
Will Blackboy’s youth and indifference be the ultimate winning formula?
Shoku is anxiously awaiting, as am I for an outcome. We will be the real winners. I love sashimi!..
