By entering this ‘The GREAT WorldWide COVID-19 Competition!’ you agree to the terms and conditions as follows. Amount donated is up to the entrant, and not limited to the 5USD value. Entries are free and donations optional. Entry is Free for all, however an entry with no donation who wins will receive 5% of a donating entrants entitled prize money, the remaining 95% will go to Unicef/ Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Those non – donating winners actual names, but not contact details – will be made public as non donating winners. One entry per email address. This is a Competition of skill only and in no way a Sweepstake, Lottery or Gambling platform. EnrichLife.co has committed to forward 50% of all excess funds (E) – (Funds received from donations minus Administration costs) – to be distributed evenly between UNICEF and DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS (MSF) the officially recognised International charities – with instructions to direct the funds toward vaccines for children worldwide. Note that every attempt was made to have these charities officially endorse this competition.
International Regulations have prevented both organisations from formally endorsing this competition, however they will most certainly accept the funds. Enrichlife.co hereby 100% commits to honouring the donation goals as stated above. Every attempt for transparency will be made in terms of total Donations, Administration costs, Fundraising costs and auditing costs of International auditing firm KPMG.
The Administrator of EnrichLife.co reserves the right to decide any or all of the winners, based on date of entry and their entries to the nearest exact time and date the WHO first formally announces the end to the COVID19 Pandemic, in GMT (Local London UK) time.
THE LONGER THE TIME FRAME FROM ENTRY TO THE CORRECT PREDICTION,
THE GREATER THE CHANCES OF TAKING THE ENTIRE PRIZE POOL.
The EXACT TIME and DATE in GMT (London Time) the first Internationally televised formal announcement on BBC World News by the World Health Organisation (WHO) that the current COVID-19 pandemic is officially OVER is the winning date and time.(D) Failing such an announcement (unlikely) the Administrator will decide solely – the date and time (D) based on evidence of International Air Travel having recovered to 90% of November 2019 levels. The competition winners will have 50% of excess funds (E) distributed as follows: Winner(W) to nearest second – who entered more than 1 year prior to the winning date and time (D) 50%. (.5E) Maximum 2 winners shared equally. If no winners (W) – 5 winners (W2) to the closest time and date, with entry more than 6 months but less than 1 year prior .10% of (.5E) per winner (W2). If no winners W or W2, Winner (W3) who entered less than 6month but more than 1 month prior to (D),10 winners each sharing equally excess (.5E). 100 Entrants closest to (D) who entered less than 1 month prior to (D) , if no previously stated winners, W, W2 or W3, will all receive equal 100th shares of (.5E) . Administrator has full and final say in deciding winners and allocating prize money. Administrator will cover all administration costs from donations, and accepts total fee may be zero. Excess funds distributed to winners (.5E) is 50% of all nett donations received after all Administration costs deducted. Administration fee will be limited to 17% of total revenue. Advertising / Fundraising costs will be limited to 25% total revenue in line with Industry standard for Charity operation costs. International accounting firm KPMG will be contracted to audit all financial statements to ensure transparency. Any information and email provided to enrichlife.co will not be forwarded to or used by any others as per Privacy Policy below or in footer. DISCLAIMER : All winners will be subject to the laws of their countries of residence in regard to Taxation and State Regulations. Any unintended legal issues Individuals or Corporations may have with this competition will not be addressed, since they are completely unintended and participation in this competition is voluntary.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The GREAT WORLDWIDE COVID COMPETITION begins on NOVEMBER 19 2020 at 0000GMT and ends on the date and time as described in terms and conditions above in this section.
By participating in the Competition, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the ADMINISTRATOR ( Enrichlife .co), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Enrichlife.co is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the competition. Entrants should look solely to ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co with any questions, comments or problems related to the Competition. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co may be reached by email at [email protected] or [email protected] during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of all countries ( where local laws allow such competitions ) who are ELIGIBLE MINIMUM AGE 18. HOWEVER – All email addresses will be accepted as eligible with consent of a parent or guardian of any person less than 18 years of age. This Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZES:
Competion prizes awarded as per previously explained this section. ( Terms and Conditions and Disclosure ) Only one prize per person and per email address shall be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
This Competition is open to legal residents of all world wide countries where local law and regulations permit, and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the competition during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at https://enrichlife.co/the-great-worldwide-covid-19-competition/
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Competition.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Competition will be selected in accordance with previously stated rules in Terms and Conditions and Disclosure above. The winners will be decided within the 28 days after the Promotion Period by ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the exact date and time of entry, and the entry details as submitted and with email receipt of such.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately 28 days after the competition closes. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co within 28 days of notification. ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \”the Prize Claim Documents\”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co .
7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co posted at PRIVACY POLICY. By entering the Competition, you grant ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Competition Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co . assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Competition; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Competition; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Competition or download of any materials in the Competition.
If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co . reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition in whole or in part. In such event, ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co . shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co . reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable byADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co . ADMINISTRATOR enrichlife.co .and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Competition.

Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than A WINNER LIST DATE of 14 days after the Promotion Period has ended. PERSONAL FOOTNOTE FROM ADMINISTRATOR: Understandably many people are reticent to donate money to unknown causes advertised on the internet. Rest assured – this is no scam. I – the “Administrator” – am a B787 Captain for a major International airline, currently out of work. I reside in Asia and have seen the carnage COVID-19 is causing to the lives of millions – especially children in third world countries. This Competition – if successful – will provide enormous help to potentially thousands of such children throughout the world. It is no accident Unicef and Doctors Without Borders have been chosen, being two of the most reputable charities in the world today.
One of my children is also seriously adversely affected as a direct result of the COVID-19 lockdowns. This has motivated me to create this competition in an honest attempt to use my newly found excess time to do what I can to help. I’ll pay myself for the time its taken to set this up and run it – thats it. Those who know me know Im not money hungry or dishonest, and KPMG auditors will assist on that front if the entries start rolling in.

I can only see a win-win for everyone who becomes involved in this venture. If it gathers steam – its only a few dollars each from a global population that will mean a massive windfall for Unicef AND the Winner(s) – along with seriously life-changing improvements for thousands of the underprivileged children and their families.
If just 1 in every 1000 people in First World countries entered with $2 donation, Unicef and Prize would exceed $100,000,000. If 1 in 1000 people in the world entered, 780,000,000 to both. So just tiny % of that again – is still a big big $ number…
